Snapdragon 865+ vs Snapdragon 865 Specs

Snapdragon 865 Plus: What’s new?

The major difference is in the CPU and GPU front with a promised 10% performance improvement. Notably, the Snapdragon 865+ happens to be the first chip to cross the 3GHz frequency threshold. This falls in line with what ARM has been claiming ever since its Cortex A75 announcement. It must also be noted that power consumption in Snapdragon 865+ is significantly more than that of Snapdragon 865, and that’s perhaps why manufacturers don’t seem particularly keen on adopting it.
