iQOO Z5 ships with a 6.67-inch FHD+ punch-hole display with a refresh rate of 120Hz and a resolution of 2400×1080 pixels. The phone boasts a triple camera setup on the back that comprises a 64MP Samsung ISOCELL GW3 sensor as the primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 4cm macro lens. The front punch hole includes a 16MP snapper for selfies and video calls. For processing, iQOO Z5 has been wielded on Qualcomm Snapdragon 778 chipset coupled with Adreno 642 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 built-in storage. The phone runs on Origin OS 1.0 based on Android 11 out of the box.
