MediaTek Helio G96 Improvements

Helio G96 is based on the same 12nm node that the G95 was based on and sports the same core layout of two Cortex A76 performance cores plus Cortex A55 efficiency cores. The difference comes in the graphics which is actually a downgrade in the form of Mali G57 MC2 GPU. But, MediaTek has equipped the chip with HyperEngine 2.0 Lite which promises better performance, faster network response, and more power savings. MediaTek Helio G88 Improvements

Helio G88 is also fabbed on the 12nm node like the above one and its precursor G85. It is still made of two Cortex A75 high-frequency cores plus Cortex A55 low-frequency cores. It also comes with MediaTek’s HyperEngine 2.0 Lite graphics enhancements along with quicker connectivity, and power gains.
