Oppo Electric Two-Wheeler

Leakster Yogesh Brar explains that Oppo is working on the EV project which is currently at an early stage. The source also tells that the timeline of the official debut could extend further if the plans don’t pan out well.  Nevertheless, the exciting news is that Oppo is believed to price its electric two-wheeler as low as INR 60,000. At such a price, it should be able to aggressively compete with the market leaders like Ola, Ather, Bajaj, and even Darwin which has recently unveiled its electric scooters from INR 68,000 onwards. Oppo is also revealed to be working on an electric car which could fall in the category of Tata Nano. This means that Oppo could also set the price of its EV car somewhere around Rs 1 Lakh. At the same time, cost-cutting might lead the company to compromise with the design and features. The company has already registered its EV trademark in India which has been spotted recently.  Just to let you know that BBK Electronics other subsidiary brands like OnePlus and Realme have also registered their EV unit in the country. And it seems like the EV sector in India will see a major boom in the coming years where Tata Motors, MG, and others leading the way.
