The leak comes from the German microblogging site WinFuture who has revealed a model number SC7295 indicating it’s a Snapdragon 7-series chipset. The developer version of the SC7295 chip boasts a maximum clock rate of 2.7GHz, confirms the source. However, the maximum speed is attained by one of the four gold cores used in the architecture. The remaining three cores can go up to 2.4GHz of clock speed. The SC7295 chip is said to be a derivative of the Snapdragon SM7350 a.k.a. Snapdragon 775 chipset which is something Qualcomm is reported to be working on.
