Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 Specifications Leaked Online

According to tipster Yogesh Brar, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 is likely to keep the same primary display at a 7.6” QXGA+ AMOLED 120Hz panel with a 16MP under-the-display (UD) cam. The display tech as you can tell is the same although the UD cam has been upgraded from 3MP to 16MP. There’s an outer secondary display at a 6.2” AMOLED HD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate which is again similar to the predecessor. Moving on, we get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC which is part where the South Korean giant has upgraded. There’s 12/16GB RAM with 256/512GB of internal storage onboard. You get an Android 12-powered OneUI out-of-the-box.

When it comes to the camera setup, Samsung has done its bit to upgrade the right lot. There’s a 50MP primary cam at the back instead of a 12MP cam on Z Fold3. There’s a 12MP ultrawide and a 12MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom. Finally, you get a 16MP UD camera as a selfie on the primary and a 10MP selfie cam on the secondary panel. Unfortunately, there are strong indications that Samsung will still retain the 25W fast charging tech which is the most its flagship phones can do even when other competitors have reached 200W and above. There’s a 4,400mAh battery under the hood, however, the charging tech will remain a concern. In any case, the upcoming Unpacked 2022 event is scheduled sometime in August 2022 so we don’t have much time before we can check out the new gadgets from Samsung. The Galaxy Z Fold4 will be accompanied by Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 as well as a slew of wearables although do check out this space for more updates on it.
