Sony has installed a front-facing speaker on it Xperia XZ3, with S-Force Front Surround which means even more volume clarity. The sound system also has Dynamic Vibration technology that lets one perceive the volume through touch, while playing games or watching videos. The phone’s Side sense feature employs AI technology for detecting taps and swipes on the OLED panel’s edges. The phone sports a 6-inch (1440 x 2880 pixels) OLED HDR display having 18:9 aspect ratio, TRILUMINOS Display, along with X-Reality and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The mobile is powered by Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset with Adreno 630 GPU assistance.

The smartphone will be available for £699 (Rs 63,745 approx) and will go live for sale in selected markets from September onwards. The phone will retail in four colour options- Black, Silver White, Forest Green and Bordeaux Red. The handset has Android 9.0 (Pie) out-of-the-box UI and derives power from 3300mAh Battery with Qnovo Adaptive Charging technology, Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0, as well as Smart Stamina mode. The phone is also Water and dust resistant with IP65/IP68 certification. Connectivity features on Xperia XZ3 include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz) MIMO, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ GLONASS, NFC and USB 3.1 Type-C. The phone measures 158 x 73 x 9.9 mm in dimensions, and weighs 193 grams.
