The tipster strongly believes the China launch of the device in December post the Qualcomm event that is scheduled for November 30. This is so because the source claims that Xiaomi 12 will be equipped with the upcoming Snapdragon flagship chipset, likely called Snapdragon 898. Redmi Note 11 series details

The piece of information about Redmi Note 11 appeared on a Vietnamese website named The Pixel which reports the possible change of design and processor compared to the Chinese version of Note 11. The smartphone maker has unveiled the Redmi Note 11 in its home country with MediaTek Dimensity SoCs. Furthermore, the global variants of the Note 11 phones are suggested to ship with Snapdragon 778G Plus and Snapdragon 695 chipsets instead. Redmi Note 11 is also reported to first debut in Vietnam in the early days of January 2021. The phone could subsequently launch in other markets. Meanwhile, it is also believed that the Snapdragon version could land in China with another name.
